This is a first for us: writing a post from our iPad while we suffer through no power. Serves us right for creating sarcastic and joking top ten lists about Hurricane Sandy. She must have been listening to us. She-devil.

Bridgeport: New Colony Diner on Main Street has generator power. Full menu. Two boots pizza has been open throughout on Fairfield ave downtown.

Not quite OmNomCT caliber, but Duchess in Fairfield on Black Rock Turnpike has been open since the start of the storm. Hot food, plenty of places to charge, Free Wifi and TV monitors with kids shows.
