One thing that OmNomCT can’t stand is people messing with the beautiful goodness of food, especially SoNo Baking Company. Just last week (July 8), this denizen of the night pulled up to SoNo Baking Company’s Westport location around 7:08 pm. He worked by himself, putting those precious chairs into his car, also pictured below. If you can help find this person, get his name, or can help get these chairs back, you’ll get a $100 SoNo Baking Co. gift card. Please help spread the word and find him. Let us know (we won’t take your reward) or let SoNo Baking Co. know by calling (203) 955-1111.
He’s obviously never had the food here.
This is def an unfortunate story. I am unfamiliar with the place and the surrounding location, but according to the photos, this happened in the daylight, a little after 7PM?1?! That is certainly odd. My lone thought is that maybe people saw the guy and they just had to assume he was a worker: A) who steals chairs B) who steals in the daylight and C) who steals in such a seemingly casual manner? What an odd and unfortunate crime

Yeah, it’s really odd that he stole it when it was still so light out. Very odd.

I think his unibrow must have been tired and needed to sit down for a bit. Seriously though, trashy.

That is a doggone shame and lowdown that you cant even leave chairs out without being stolen. I cant believe that life has gotten that
bad for this guy that he has to steal. SoNo Baking company will have to chain down their furniture which will take away from the scenery.

He does have to be pretty desperate, yup Pat. It’s always sad when you see restaurants have chained down their outdoor dining furniture. Now you see why. It wasn’t even that late at night…just around 8!

That’s insane! It’s so unfortunate that people stoop to levels that low. Loser.

It’s even more unfortunate that a business that works really hard, including waiters, owners, and managers has to suffer.
