Ugg. Man, woman need steak. Man, woman need red meat. Man, woman need celebrate ‘cuz Blackstones Steakhouse is setting up shop in Greenwich.
Yes meat lovers, the same Blackstones in Norwalk that has garnered a reputation as one of the best steakhouses in Connecticut. Blackstones Greenwich will be located at 28 West Putnam Avenue, just two doors over from Barcelona. The Greenwich location will be a bit smaller than their Norwalk location and will open near the middle of October, just about a month away. This marks Blackstones’ third location with their Mt. Kisco location opening up this past March.
Like their Norwalk spot, they’ll be serving up premium dishes like their Blackstones Steak au Blue, Steak a la Stone, Prime Aged NY Strip Steak, Porterhouse Steak (for 2, 3, or 4), Bone in Rib Eye, and Filet Mignon among other great apps and seafood options. The menu will be the same, so feel free to check it out now.
While it’s a different kind of restaurant than Barcelona, it will be quite a competitor for Gabriele’s Italian Steakhouse in Greenwich and Capital Grille and Morton’s in Stamford. While one of the biggest complaints about Blackstones in Norwalk has been the price of items, this will be less of an issue in Greenwich because their prices don’t seem as surprising there. Either way, we’ve always wanted to try Blackstones and this will give us the perfect opportunity to feast like cavemen and cavegirls.
Ugg, OmNom need steak…and wine. OmNom refined cave dwellers.
