While we can’t take credit for these jokes (we got them from here), we can sure dig the awesome play on words and old school jokes that help us remember how much we love Halloween. And, wouldn’t you know it, Half Full Brewery in Stamford is giving us a few more reasons to keep loving Halloween.
Yes, they’ll be celebrating their second Halloween Bash and their first year in business with a bash that will seriously kick some major arse on 10/26 from 5-10. Like last year, the party will be catered, but this year it’ll be catered by Dinosaur Bar-b-que! They’ll be handing out small bites of food to whet your ghoulish appetite and will also have their famous smoked ribs, chicken wings, mac and cheese, and BBQ baked beans available for purchase.
Oh, and the beer? Yes, good you asked. There will be four or five different brews on tap…including their deliciously evil Pumpkin Ale! Your $40 ticket gets you as many brews as you can handle. Wouldn’t it be cool if you were a skeleton, though? You could drink, like, as much beer as you wanted because it’d just leak right out of you. Yeah, that’s sick, man.
Plus, you better make sure that your costume includes some dancing shoes because Oh Cassius! will be on hand, bringing down the brewery house…and the 30’x’60 tent outside. And, speaking of costumes, you’ll definitely want to wear your best ones because there will be a contest. Last year Dan was an old-fashioned bartender and Kristien was a flapper girl. This year…well, you’ll just have to see.
