The North Stamford Exchange Club is a made up of a group of community members, coming together through community service, providing activities for children, helping to prevent child abuse, and strengthening Stamford.  All of this work that they do for local Stamford families and youth isn’t cheap, so they’ve brought back their Wine Tasting event on 11/1 from 7-10 pm at The Italian Center of Stamford.  Tickets are $50 each and that gets you wine samplings from across the world as well as some tasty treats from local restaurants.  Tickets can be purchased via PayPal at, with a credit card at, in person at Giovana’s Wine & Spirits (the awesome sponsor), 1492 High Ridge Rd., 203-252-2518, or at the door.

Your ticket will help The North Stamford Exchange Club to continue to help the community with programs such as the Exchange Club Parenting Skills Center of Stamford, ARI, Stamford Youth Foundation, the Shelter for the Homeless, the Stamford Historical Society, and helping local fire departments.  There will also be a silent auction for sports memorabilia, gifts, and other products, a 50/50 drawing and basket raffle, and even two raffles for a $2,500 Visa gift card and a 50″ Toshiba LED TV with a $250 Visa gift card.
