Nom On: Art of the Wreath Holiday Party at Ambler Farm

Christmas Wreath on Front Door, from Microsoft Word

Ambler Farm is back for some more fun this year as they continue the tradition of their popular Art of the Wreath holiday party.  It’s all going down on 12/6 at Ambler Farm in Wilton from 7-10 pm and costs $55 for members or $60 for non-members.  Now, let’s talk about why this will be the party of the season:

1) There will be lots of custom-created wreaths that will be up for display in the Carriage Barn.  So, maybe you love one of those wreaths?  Bid on it, and, if you win, take it home!

2) While you’re admiring all the wreaths, you’ll want to have some of the wine and beer that’s being provided by Wilton Wine Shoppe and try the official Ambler Farm drink of the night:  The Amblertini.  This cocktail actually includes a special ingredient from the farm, making this drink farm-to-martini-glass.

3)  And, yes, there will be plenty of food.  A Delicious Affair will be catering the event and will not only have passed bites of yummy food, but will also have a food station set up.  If you come with someone else, think strategically…one person hunts down the people carrying the passed apps, the other waits in line for the other apps.  Yeah, it’s clear we’ve thought about this way too much.

Ambler Farm is a beautiful place and this event is an important fundraiser for them, so we hope you can get yo’self down there.  Today’s actually the first day when non-members can purchase tickets, so get on it, chop chop.
