If you are a true, hardcore, red-white-and-blue-blooded American, then you most likely love and appreciate the finer things in life . . . mainly, bourbon, cigars, and eating the hell out of everything in sight. Well, you’re gonna cry mercy as we tell you about Bourbon & Cigars on The Harbor on 6/29 from 6:30-9. It’s taking place on the beautiful second floor patio at Aarón Sánchez’s Paloma, overlooking Stamford Harbor.

🍴 Tickets are $65 (tax and tip extra) and require a reservation, so call them up at (203) 998-7500.
🍴 The night starts off at 6:30 with a bourbon tasting put together by Olie Berlic, Beverage Director at Paloma. Expect to drink and learn about Basil Hayden, Maker’s Mark, Knob Creek, Booker’s, The Duke and others.
🍴 After the tasting, get ready for a six course meal prepared by Chef de Cuisine Chris Bateman. He’ll be working with Olie to pair a series of botanas (snacks) with bourbon based cocktails. Chef Bateman has been with owner and Executive Chef Aarón Sánchez since the start, but has also worked at such award-winning spots as The Pierre Hotel in New York, The Four Seasons Resort in Maui, Jumeirah Creekside Hotel in Dubai, and The Four Seasons Hualalai.
🍴 During all of this, you’ll be able to enjoy free hand-rolled cigars. Yeah, cigars make everything better. Well, that and bacon. How about a bacon cigar? Make that happen, please, Chefs Aarón Sánchez and Bateman . . . please.
