7/16 Rizzuto’s Oyster Bar & Restaurant in Westport has live music on Thursdays from 8-11. This week’s featured artist is Carlos De Castro.
7/16-18 What’s HAPAning this weekend? Well, HAPA will be at Alive @ Five from 4:30-8:30 and at 141 Washington Street in SoNo from 10:30-12:30. Then, on Friday, they’ll be at 177 Broad @ Indeed in Stamford from 12-3, then at The Beer Garden @ Shippan Landing from 4:30-8:45. And, wrapping up the weekend, they’ll be at Mill River Park for the Party in the Park from 3-7 on Saturday.
7/17-19 Tanger Westbrook is hosting their 5th Annual Westbrook Boat Show and Food Truck Fest from 10 am – 6 pm for Friday and Saturday and 10-5 on Sunday. There will be plenty of boats and brands to check out and if you come by for the weekend, you’ll get to try out some awesome food trucks like Caseus, Meriano’s Cannoli Truck, Fryborg, and The Local Meatball. Admission and parking is free.
7/18-19 Travel on down to Westport for their annual Westport Fine Arts Festival that features music, photography, sculpture, and other types of art. And, since you’re there, check out some of Westport’s finest spots like the very nomworthy Kawa Ni!
7/18 One Bro Pizza Co. is the latest food truck to be added to Party in the Park at Mill River Park in Stamford. Entrance is $5 online or $10 at the door. Other trucks include Crazy Taco Mex, Little Taste of Peru, Reddi Rooster, Melt Mobile, Hapa Food Truck, Poutine King, La Pizza Fritta, Lobstercraft, Valencia Luncheria, Orangside Donuts, and more.
7/24 So saxxy! It’s a night of Jazz Sax at Aji 10 in Norwalk, starting at 7.
7/24 Lobstercraft will be pulling up to Half Full Brewery in Stamford for their Open House event. Remember that $15 gets you in the door with unlimited tap pours from 6-9. Food is extra, people.
Bar in New Haven has a pie that we’re all aboot: Poutine Pie! That includes chicken gravy, cheese curds, fries, all fried up in Peanut Oil. Oh hell yes.
Oh no . . . it’s Hogzilla! You can’t stop him! He’s crispy skin pork belly with pulled pork, chopped pork ribs, Hoodoo Voodoo sauce, maple bacon mayonnaise, a a fried green tomato all between a bun. Try to defeat this beast at Hoodoo Brown BBQ in Ridgefield.
