Happy Hour is cool and everything, but how often have you been able to really catch it? Most of us suckers are stuck at work, finishing that report or presentation, or running errands. So, why let Happy Hour end so early? Solution: join the Literary Pub Crawl in Stamford on October 13 from 6-9:45. Registration is $10 with profits going directly to Stamford Library and here’s how it works:
Walk on into the DiMattia Building at The Ferguson Library at 6 pm and you’ll get your very own Literary Pub Crawl Passport. From there, you’ll group up with other thirsty and hungry folks and head out at 7 to three local watering holes. The three stops for the night will be Bar Rosso, F•I•S•H•, and Hudson Grille. In addition to the Happy Hour extended deals (after 3 drinks you’ll make up that $10), you’ll also have live entertainment from Curtain Call at each spot. And, if you aren’t a lightweight and can make it to all three stops and get that passport stamped, you’ll be entered to win a $100 gift certificate.
But wait . . . there’s more! The Friends book shop will have some deals for you and there might even be a few more giveaways to thank you for taking part!
