Ladies and gents, it’s almost Halloween, so we thought we’d make things easy for ya and put together a nice guide to booze-infused parties that are going on here in Fairfield County and maybe just a bit beyond. We’re all super lucky this year because Halloween is actually on a Saturday, so you can go all out. Here we go, kids.
Date: 10/24 from 5-10
Location: Half Full Brewery, 43 Homestead Avenue in Stamford
Why you should go: You will not only get as much beer as you can drink from their 9+ taps, but you’ll also pull in some great Half Full swag like a pint glass, a koozie, a key chain, and a sticker. Also, you’ll be happy to know that there will be two of our favorite food trucks there too: Hapa and Bounty! There will be live music throughout the night and there will even be a sick prize pack for the winner of the costume contest! This will be our third year going . . . and there’s a reason for that: it’s a great night filled with great people and a great vibe.

Date: 10/31 from 7-12
Why you should go: There will be live music from Pete Francis & The Dragon Crest Collective of Dispatch as well as The Funky Dawgz, tacos and NoRA cupcakes, and beer from Stony Creek and other local CT breweries. With your ticket, you get the tacos, a cupcake, and your first beer is free. In addition, you can try out the brand new release of their Reposado Negro which is a tequila barrel aged black wheat wine. There will also be a “Dia” costume contest, so come dressed ready to scare.

Why you should go: There will be a costume contest (funniest, scariest, sexiest, and best) sponsored by Narragansett with prizes from Narragansett, Seaside Tavern, Colleen Cahn, 203 Reiki, Confidently Living, and Jimmy Junk Bird and The Stiffs. In addition, it wouldn’t be a party at Seaside without some killer punk and metal music \m/ from The Lock City Thieves, Fighting Cocks, Matt & The Mauraders, and Jimmy Junk Bird and The Stiffs. Seaside Tavern will have their usually good selection of brews and there will even be treats after you work up an appetite from all that thrashing.
