[oink] is heading to Caseus in New Haven. Get your tix now! Picture from their Facebook page.

[oink] is a new popup from Chefs Craig Hutchinson who worked at the award-winning Ribelle in Brookline, MA and Alex Lischynsky who worked with Craig at Radius among other great restaurants in Boston. Their focus? Real, from the ground, from the farm, sustainable and pure food done right. And, it sure doesn’t hurt that the food they are using for their events comes from CT land. They’ve been making appearances from place to place, too, most notably and recently at Black Hog Brewing for a continuing series of pop up dinners.

Well, they are back for some more action and have just announced a special brunch pop up with Caseus of New Haven. The event is happening on December 20 with four separate seatings:

11 (18 left)

11:45 (20 left)

12:30 (20 left)

1:15 (20 left)

Tickets ($30) are on sale now and will go sooo fast, so swipe ’em up while ya can. For that price you’ll get a mimosa and your choice of dishes for three courses… And here they are:

First Course:

[okonomiyaki], guanciale, kewpie, fermented hot sauce, furikake

evoo toast, [parmigiano reggiano], bagna cauda

Second Course:

[porchetta], yolk mayo, tuscan kale

[breakfast sando], egg, hash brown, melville, russian dressing

Third Course:

[waffle], apple butter, burnt cinnamon maple

[grits], caramel, bits of biscuit, honey nut squash

And, if somehow you are still hungry, you can order an apple cider [donut] griddled in butter for $3. Or order 2 or 3. We won’t judge.
