Savory Smoke Thursday BBQ Pop-ups @ Sandwedge Deli in Norwalk

Ryan Cuber of Savory Smoke Catering has been working non-stop on his BBQ game. Over the past few years, he’s spent countless nights stoking the pit, finding the right cooking times and temps, and working on his technique. And, now, it’s finally paying off big time with a BBQ pop-up at Sandwedge Deli @ 607 Main Avenue in Norwalk.

Just come by from 4-8 on Thursdays and get ready for some Q-overload:

  1. BBQ Plates (including 1/3 lb. of meat, slaw, and sliced bread)
    1. Beef Brisket
    2. Pulled Pork
    3. Baby Back Ribs
    4. Pulled Chicken
    5. Smoked Buffalo Wings
  2. Sides
    1. Coleslaw (nonfat, yogurt-based slaw)
    2. Creamed Kale
    3. BBQ Pit Beans
    4. Grilled Kale Salad (bacon, red onion, white corn, tomatoes, “ranch”)
  3. Sandwiches
    1. Brisket Cheesesteak (jalapeno, onion rings, choice of cheese)
    2. Brisket (pickles and onions)
    3. Pulled Pork (topped with slaw)
    4. Chicken BLT (grilled kale, fried green tomatoes, bacon)
    5. Fat Boy (brisket, pulled pork, onion rings, fried green tomatoes, cheddar)
