How do you run a successful restaurant? Find out at the Ferguson Library!

21 Nov

If owning your own restaurant has been a dream of yours, why not take that next step to making your dream a reality?  The first task is as simple as attending the Running a Successful Restaurant seminar at the Ferguson Library in Stamford on 12/11.  Registration for the seminar begins at 5:30 and the presentation starts at 6 in the third floor auditorium.

During the talk, you’ll learn all about the restaurant biz…from the good, to the bad, and to the ugly.  You’ll also get help figuring your way through how to position your restaurant and your unique culinary perspective.  And, of course, you’ll get some advice about how to market your restaurant.

This event at the Ferguson is co-sponsored by SCORE (provides help for small businesses and start-ups) of Fairfield County and the Community Economic Development Fund (provides financial and technical assistance to small businesses and supports community economic development).
