Back East has brought back cans of their wildly popular Rakautra and is bringing on the warmer weather with their Spring Ale which is a wheat ale with citrus. Stop by the brewery to pick them up on Friday from 4-7.
Renzo of Harry’s Wines & Liquor in Fairfield brought three bourbon barrels to Veracious Brewing. From there they’ll be brewing up some special brews in them!
New batches of Palate Mallet DIPA from Back East should be hitting stores next week.
Aspetuck Brew Lab in Black Rock will be open from 5-9 on Friday and 1-6 on Saturday. Note that they’ll be closed on Sunday. On tap will be their Pale Ale, Audacious Mongrel, Saison, and Pedro El Negro.
Beer’d Brewing continues their “Beers, Bread & Board Games” from 1-5 for every remaining Sunday in the month.
Local SoNo has $3 craft draughts every Monday night. That should make the rest of the week a little less sucky.
New England Brewing Company has increased capacity again (3 more 60 bbl fermenters) so we should see more brews out soon. That boosts their volume to more than 16,000 bbls.
Malloy is proposing to put an end to state minimum pricing. For more on this, check out News 12.
Brass Works started brewing their Pilgrim Pie Farmhouse Ale and it should be ready within the next couple of weeks.
