Food Trucks, Beer Tasting, + More for Westport Country Playhouse Season Kick-off

FCBuzz and Westport Country Playhouse have coordinated to create an awesome block party kick-off celebration for the 2013 theater season on April 13 from 4-7. In fact, this is the first ever event like this, so let’s get right down to business.

We feel a Heat Wave ‘comin on!

There’s going to be a food truck court! You’ll be able to check out the saucy pies of Skinny Pines, the savory and sweetness of Christophe’s Crepes, and everybody’s favorite seafood shack on wheels, Lobstercraft. While you’ll need to purchase the food from the trucks, WCP will actually have some free goodies, too.

Starting off, you will be able to do a beer tasting with Beaver Beer. Also, Shake Shack will be on hand giving out free frozen custards. And, rounding things off, there will be lots of fun and games for kids and adults.

 

Then, when you’re nice and full, head into the Westport Country Playhouse to get a special sneak peek of what’s to come in the 2013 season. You’ll also get a “Backstage Experience” that let’s you see things through the eyes of an actor. In addition, you’ll have a chance to get special deals on tickets and even save some money when you buy a Season 5-Play subscription.

So, exit stage left and get on down to Westport Country Playhouse!
