Connecticut is about to get a new beer, but it isn’t from CT, well, er, not exactly. While Lawson’s Finest Liquid is brewed in and based in Vermont, they’ve expanded their production through a relationship with Two Roads. As a result, the highly sought after Lawson’s Finest Liquids will soon be available in CT in draft and cans. How soon, exactly? Well, you can start to find their Sip of Sunshine IPA (brewed right at Two Roads) on tap starting sometime around 12/12. And, soon after, you’ll be able to start to find cans around the state. To see where the brews will be available, just check their site.
In addition to getting the chance to get your own Sips of Sunshine, you’ll also have the chance to meet with and talk to headbrewer and owner Sean Lawson. First, he’ll be hitting up Two Roads on 12/27 from 12-3 for a “Meet the Brewer” event. And, you’ll be damn happy because both Sip of Sunshine AND Super Session #2 will be on draft. You can also find him at Eli Cannon’s on 12/29 at 5 pm and later at 7 pm at McLadden’s in West Hartford.
Have you had Lawson’s Finest Liquids before? What do you think?
