Chef Neil Fuentes, the Singing Chef, is making his return to Food Network this Saturday, 12/6, at 1 pm. Previously, Chef Fuentes who recently opened the sizzling Venezuelan restaurant Jojoto in Branford, was a competitor on Chopped. But, ironically enough, he chopped himself . . . well, more like his finger. But, he’s back, and he’s back for redemption!
He’ll be on Rewrapped, a show that is hosted by Joey Fatone and asks three competitors to recreate a famous product like a Twinkie (that was a great episode, btw). From there, the chefs need to use that product in different dishes and desserts. For Chef Fuentes’s episode, “Pudding Up a Fight,” the competitors need to try to replicate a Swiss Miss Triple Chocolate Dream Pudding.
